An inspirational and prophetic video of a younger Steve Jobs closing keynote at Apple’s WWDC conference circa 1997. So many good quotes, but here’s a particularly relevant one and a HUGE part of Apple’s current success (and the failure of so many others): “You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology.”
Jobs talks extensively about the concept of the cloud and things we now take for granted as obvious, but think about where we were in tech in 1997. The stuff he was saying was truly revolutionary, and much of it has come to pass (in part thanks to Steve Jobs himself).
Plus, check out those jeans.
Sorry if I jacked this link from another Tumblr user, it sat on my desktop for days until I had time to listen and I don’t remember where I came across it.

Skinny Love | Bon Iver
And I told you to be balanced,
And I told you to be kind.
And now all your love is wasted,
And then who the hell was I?
And I’m breaking at the britches,
And at the end of all your lines.
